R/GA’s was engaged to improve the user experience of the VictoriasSecret.com E-Commerce platform and to provide strategic thinking and inspiration for future releases. We also assisted with the 2013 holiday period content strategy and helped to define the 2014 mobile / omni-channel strategy.
