The experience within an Equinox club is premium. Club members are treated like royalty and no detail is overlooked. In contrast, the digital experience at the time was below the standard that Equinox and its members demand. R/GA was engaged to improve the digital experience and provide the base of a platform that Equinox will use to grow over the next few years.
I worked with a creative team of seven (including three UX designers), and helped Equinox with:
- User experience design for the responsive website
- User experience design for the mobile app
